Just in case you believe that you were not inspired or, the product has the issue of size and color or the product is faulty and wrong, then you can ask for an exchange or a refund inside 14 days of the product’s delivery date.

PROCEDURE FOR RETURN & EXCHANE:

  • Pack the product in the same original packaging
  • Send back the item on the address given by our Customer Representative Team
  • Drop us an email once you have sent the product back

NOTE: PLEASE DON’T USE THE PRODUCT AND LEAVE THE TAGS INTACT

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

  • We will refund and pay for postage only in case if the product we delivered is faulty and wrong.
  • If you haven’t received your order in due time, place a complaint in 30 days. After that your complaint will not be accepted.
  • In the case of exchanging the product for size or color, ship back the product inside 14 days from the day you receive the product. In case the product is not available with us or you want another product, simply return the current and place a new order.
  • For refund and exchange, it is important that the product you exchange is not damaged by you and it contains all the parts and accessories.
  • We will not entertain any refund and exchange if you haven’t stated it to us.
  • We will not refund or exchange the product if there is no document or refund form with it.
  • Great Bikers Gear has the authority to cancel any refund or exchange if the product is in a damaged state.
  • Great Bikers Gear will not be responsible if the sent product for a refund by you is lost.
  • Usually, the refund amount is paid back within 72 working hours once the product is received by us. But it may take time, as banking processes policies may vary.
